Identify provincial strategies, including increased access to pre-exposure prophylaxis, to curb the HIV epidemic
Understand from a community perspective the capacity of HIV chemoprophylaxis, including the U=U campaign, in reducing stigma-associated barriers to accessing care among PLWH and affected community
