At the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:

Highlight the complexities of individuals who are aging with HIV and requiring LTC placement.
Discuss specific assessments and care needs for these individuals.
Identify care challenges and gaps in services for this population.
Provide recommendations moving forward to enhance care for these individuals.

Presentations will be followed by a discussion where participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive real-time responses from presenters.
