Richard (Rick) Moyneur

Senior Director, Operations

Richard (Rick) Moyneur is the Senior Director, Operations at the British Columbia Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS located at Providence Health Care (Saint Paul’s Hospital.) The Centre is a world-renowned research institute leading innovative HIV research and care. The Centre operates a Primary Care and Supervised Consumption Site located in the DTES on Powell Street. He has key responsibilities for the operations of the Centre, including Human Resources, Facilities, Technology and Finance. Prior to this role, Rick was Director of Human Resources for Providence Health Care where he advised senior leadership on labour and industrial relations. He was an employer member of the HSPBA bargaining committee that developed the Joint Trust and is serving his appointment as a trustee for the Joint Health Benefit Trust since its inception.
